Problem with Full server recovery from Network share

I have 3 Virtirtaul Dcs ( Dc1 , Dc2, Dc3), for my test, I made a full sysvol server backup for Dc3 on Dc1 and then delete C drive.

After create new hard disque, and cannot acces to the share folder on Dc1. path not found

when i Check ip address I have 169.254.x.x ( Apipa) , I did install dhcp service on my network.

I try to fix the ip with netsh to set static address but it doesn't work : Network is unknown

please help
